Apparently you dont have to pour it - just stick the PCV valve hose into the bottle and just let the vacuum suck away into the motor.

Might have to get an extension hose though.

But, if you do have the spray, I suppose you could just take off the intake tubes and spray into there (like I did with the similar setup on the 99 and newer GM trucks). Worked just fine.

Use the vacum hose that goes to the power brake booster. It is plenty long enough, enters the plenum higer up than the EGR hose does and it has more vacum.

Start the car, then place the hose into the can of top engine cleaner. You have to keep the car running the whole time. I had to pull the hose out 3 or 4 times to keep the car from stalling as it consumed the top engine cleaner.

Shut the car off and let it sit for about 30 mins or so (check directions on the can). Start car and allow it to idle until it doesn't smoke. It is quite simple really

wow, it choked down that stuff FAST! LOL!

it stalled out with about 1 inch of the stuff left in the bottle. I'm just letting it set for 15 minutes, then crank it up, feed it the rest, shut it off for a few minutes, then crank it up and idle it away

At the GM Parts store, they had the 502 BBK sitting in the middle of the store on a stand

horrible! my exhaust smells HORRIBLE! haha!

about how long should the awful smell last? the smoke seems to be gone. I let it idle for about 10 minutes. the first 15 seconds was real rough, hard to keep it alive, the next minute or so was a bit rough, then smoothed out. I reved it a little (3000) and took it out for a little drive. I didn't notice much smoke on the drive, I guess it all went away during the 10 minute idle.

It still smells like crap though havn't noticed any performance/idle quality change though.

How often do yall do this? I mean, if it's real good for the engine, and only costs $6.50, I'd do it quite often.

Dang, I looked like a redneck with my primered mullet-mobile smoking like a pile of leaves lol!!

I just got done doing mine also.
Mine never died... it just sucked that stuff in and never really killed itself.

But it did smoke quite a bit. Still stinks also.

Cant tell any difference in how it runs either. Oh well. Im sure it did some help though.
