Unhappy tire width

Whats up folk I'm new to the board, go easy on me.
Have a third gen camaro and I want to fit a 10.5 in wide tire on the back. What modifications do I have to do to make this work without relocating my springs. Has anyone done this mod. Help me PLEASE??

i've seen people with the 10.5 rim size, just depends on tire choice. if people can fit the 11- zr1 on there it shouldn't be a problem.

what are you going to use on the front then?

I have a (650hp motor/w150shot nos), followed by a richmond 4 speed standard shift tranny. Before I even think about dropping this new plant in the car I want to set up the suspension first and foremost. I am going to be competing in the street car class so the biggest tire that I can run would be a 10.5incher. Because of the 4 speed gripping on launches may present a traction problem so I am trying to get the biggest wheel and tire combo on the back without having to backhalf my car. If mini tubbing is the answer then how much more clearance do I need for a fat tire 10.5 inch rim combo with this. I dont want to run those paper thin tires so as to make clearance. kandied91z thanks for your reply It is greatly appreciated, was checking out you links in your sig that is a really clean looking 3rd gen. I don't know where your from but overhere in new york you just dont see clean third gens they are all rust buckets. As a matter of fact I bought mine as a rust bucket and welded in new front floor pans put new fron panels and body worked it paid $200 bucks for it. Oh and I am running 4 1/2 inche wide up front.
