Tire question

I dont know if this is the right place to post this question but, what are the best tires I can get for my 89 IROC? I have stock rims, 16" I think, and I need new tires bad, one to get it inspected, and two, cause I spin them all the damn time. Ive got no idea about this car when it comes to the best parts to buy...

some of the best tires made are by Michelin...who also makes BF Goodrich i believe also. i have BF Goodrich KDWS's on my car 245/50/ZR16 and i have no complaints at all w/ them...great tire. but if all ur gonna do it do burnouts and stuff alot more than ur gonna be driving them through turns and stuff, then u could prob. get a set of BF Goodrich Radial T/A's. they have a speed rating to a little over a 100 (like 110 or so i think) and are a cheaper, pretty good quality tire.

just my thoughts
