for a 91 z TPI350

Just stick with the 48mm that is on there, it is more than enough for the TPI. Don't believe me? Take a look at the Ram Jet 502. It uses the exact same TB.

also can you have to much throttle body like 58mm??

yes you can have too much. leave it alone.. unless you get a deal and there is no chance you'll notice anything with it. save your money.

I think the stock 48mm is good. My new crate motor is rated 360HP and I only had to upgrade to a 52mm.
