Go to autozone, get 12+" straight pipe at the diameter you need, proceed to cut down to proper size with saw zaw, weld into place.

Removing your emissions equipment on a street vehicle is a FEDERAL offense, regardless of your state's emissions requirements. If you're caught, you can be punished with a fine, jailtime, or both. Putting in a "test-pipe" is illegal, therefore you cant buy one pre-made.

talk to your auto parts store - generic replacement cats are usually a set length (about 18") with no bends, and slip-fittings on both ends. Most aftermarket cats require an adaptor kit to fit your vehicle, with the proper fittings to fit onto your car. buy the kit, and a piece of straight pipe, and you too, can be an "outlaw"...

evidently you'll want to stay out of california, texas, and other "law and order" states...
