I HAVE A '91 (TBI) AND I CAN GET TPI SET UP (INTAKE, PLENUM, RUNNERS, TB, COMP AND WIRE HARNESS) WHAT ELSE DO I NEED FOR THIS SWAP, OR NEED TO KNOW?

sounds like other than the intake gaskets you have things covered.

You will need the fuel pump also. Along with new fuel lines from the hardlines. You will need to get all the sensors, throttle cable, and the kickdown cable if u have an auto.

One last thing I forgot is the injectors.

Somone in my club did it and it went pretty smooth for him and I don't think he needed anything other than what you've mentioned already.

Lakewood is SoCal right? My dad is a mechanic and converted his 92 RS from TBI to TPI. Do you want to do this yourself or have him do it? He used his stock TBI wire harness and just repinned it for the TPI computer.

There is a tech article on www.thirdgen.org on how to convert, but its got errors and misinformation in it, so dont take it as 100% fact. The fuel pump change is the hardest part of the job. The rest is just attention to detail and making sure you have all the right parts. A Helm's manual is invaluable. Its much better than the Chilton's or Haynes from the auto parts store.
