Where can I get a TBBP kit for a '92 350 ?

 

Define TBBP. If u mean throttle body By Pass, just get a piece of heater hose long enough to go from the coolant inlet on the base manifold to the heater inlet on the firewall. All it does is take the TB out of the coolant circuit.
