i know that a stock tpi starts dying down around 4500 rpms, when would a holley stealth ram do that at? on a 350

Should be better than stock TPI. I really like my Accel SR intake. Talk to Accel and be prepared to ask around the DFI department. See if they have any used stuff that they can sell you. It would be stuff that people returned to Jegs or Summit. I got an intake plenum and lid and gaskets for about $200

 

thirdgen.org has somewhere around 4,000 stealth ram posts that can answer all of your questions. I believe that the stealth ram is designed for rpm usage up to 6,300 or 6,500 rpm, but obviousy your specific engine combo will have a dramatic effect on that.
