Anyone know where I can get replacement spring insulators (large doughnuts at the top of the springs) for an 82 Z. I ran the GM part # 10019587 by the dealers and no one seems to have them. Are there any aftermarklet manufacturers?

 

Energy Suspension (www.energysuspension.com) is supposed to have replacements for the front but I waited for about 3 months for them and eventually cancelled my order. They probably have them by now but you will need to measure yours to get the right ones. I used new ones from GM and they ran @ $6 each. Do NOT get new GM ones for the rear. They are for the 4th gens and will put your rear too high. Reuse the old metal/rubber isolators to get the right height.

Thanks Ed. I contacted the dealer and they have replaced the old GM # with the insulators used for the 4th gen models. I'll just reuse the ones that were on my vehicle.
