My TH700R4 only has around 10,000 miles on it and it shifts at W.O.T. from 1st to 2nd right about 2,500rpms. It shifts as hard as it can but at 2,500rpm it's kinda weak.
How can I fix that?
The 2-3 is only about 3,200 it will have to change to when I get my new engine.

is the tv cable adjusted properly

Do you understand what your TV cable is and how to adjust it? I am 99% sure that is your problem.

That sounds more like a valve body promblem than a tv cable.He is have the promblem at wot not normal driving.Has it always done this since the rebuilt.I'd take your car back to the trans place before you mess with with the tv cable.If they see you were mess with it they may void your warrenty.
