Ever drive a car with a warped rotor or drum so bad you could feel it wobble when rolling but not in the pedal when stopping because of its deteroriated life?
I never did till I bought my Blazer. Replaced the front rotors, rear drums, pads and shoes problem intantly disappeared. As a side note the front passenger rotor was chewed up right to the cooling fin in the center! Glad I only paid 1200 for a 99 model.

Hi everyone just wanted to do a follow up. Got the car back from the mechanic and he said it was the balance on the new tires - one of the rear ones was 4 ounces off. So I got them all rebalanced $60 bucks more man that will teach me a lesson next time I get them balanced put them on the car right away.
Anyways the new 18inch rims look amazing on the car it was really all the car was missing. The car got an all new alignment and was adjusted for the extra size rims. Only small problem is when I turn left the car rubs hair on in the rear inner tire. Mechanic says that the cambers were pushed back a bit as per the computer to accomdate the larger rims. Tire rubs a hair on the bottom inner lip of the ground effect.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? Mechanic says its not a big deal and maybe fixed with new struts (he said maybe not guaranteed)
Thanks everyone for your input! It was nice to go to my mechanic and say I think it could be this and or that lol...
