RPMS drop when giving gas

In park, when in gear... doesnt matter. But when I give it gas to go, the RPMS drop about 300-400, but then catch up and everything is cool.

Sounds like the fuel pump is on its way out (IE cannot respond to fuel pressure changes)?

Have you hooked up a Fuel Pressure Gage to check your hunch out?

I used to when I had EGR blockage problems. But had that fixed a few months ago.
But I do still have the white smoke problem (at startup). But it only smokes if I dont turn the key and let it sit for 5 seconds or so (prime).

hmm a sever hesitation problem

use a multimeter to check your throttle position sensor and your plug wires. check for vacume leaks around hoses and the throttle body gasket... replace the Oxygen sensor, IAC valve and clean the passages on the TB.

does it do it when cold or hot or all the time?

It does it anytime (hot or cold) really.
Im having the brakes worked on today (which they fixed... but immediately after driving it, the alignment was off (I could do a complete 180 in 5 seconds going 5mph... thats how bad it was).

what have you done to the car to try and fix this problem? the only way to fix it is to do one thing after the other until it doesnt hesitate anymore. do a search on hesitation and try all the diagnostics to the problem

All I have done is just a tuneup (wires, cap, rotor, coil, plugs, fuel filter). Ill keep messing with it though. Thanks.

It sounds like a fuel delivery problem. I would try and get a fuel pressure gauge and see if the pressure is there, but remember that just testing pressure will tell you if the fuel system is bad, it wont justify that its good. Checking fuel flow is a more accurate way of checking your fuel delivery but is a rater involved process. Other than that, I would take a look at the tps or maf.
