Roller rockers

How much will roller rockers help. More importantly what will it help...i understand it will alow the motor rev up quicker...i also want to know if you think they are worth the investment.

Full roller 1.6:1 rockers should gain you about 15hp and lower oil temps a little. Less friction less heat, easier on the motor. IMO they are worth it.

worth it depending on what kind of motor you got.if its bone stock dont bother,you ll gain some but never notice it

i think you would notice it on even a stock motor.

however...upgrading to 1.6 rockers from the stock 1.5 could max out your springs.
check what the max height is on the stock springs and determine the lift of the cam...then recalculate for the 1.6s..

if you wanted to go a little budget minded...there are some good roller TIP rockers in 1.6ratio on the market for 1/2 the cost of full roller

how do you do that...i will replacing my valve stem seals on sunday so what should i do to calculate this????
