Post Rocker arms

question guys...1992 z here L98 350...have read a few articles on changing the rocker arms from 1.5 to 1.6 ratio...and picking up 15-20 horse..anyone here done that mod..was just curious...thanks

yes, and you might pick up 10 horses. It will only really help you in the top end, whick is where the TPI's are lacking. They are like a poor mans cam. For the money they are nice, but there are other mods that I would do first like headers.

I ended up getting a set of Crane Gold Race 1.6 ratio roller rocker arms that fit our stock 3/8" studs...

You can egt them out of a Jeg's or Summit catalog for around $300-350. make sure to get the set that IS SELF ALIGNING. Our TPI motors need them because the pushrods have no guides...

Because it increases valve lift by about .030", it makes more power throughout the powerband. The fact that they are a needle bearing design also frees up power by decreasing the amount of friction in the valvetrain. it's a win win type deal...

Jet Mech where do you work on jets at? I'm at Delta at Atl TOC. The 1.6 RRs are a good mod but for close to the same money a set of headers will do more for you.
