the right combo?

OK I'm no expert here, so help me out:
I've got a 91 TBI and I'm looking for a new cam.
Comp. Cams' Magnum 270H looks good:
grind is 270, lift is 470.
So I need to know: will this work well in a TBI, and if it will, what kind of results can I expect if paired with 1.6 rocker arms?
If you don't think it'll work out, any other suggestions?
Thanks for any info
Josh

you can expect it to be the wrong cam choice for that engine.

Anywhere between .450 and .500 is good lift for a 305.

Im running the LT1 cam which is .447/.459, but honestly I wish I had gone higher. It's a pretty computer friendly cam though. If I swap cams I'll be putting in the ZZ4 cam, which is .474/.510 208/221. Both these cams are proven to be successful in the 305 though.

I should add that everyone who has run the ZZ4 said there is a lot of computer tuning required to get it to run well.
