Completely rebuilt my 350 ci '89 Camaro. Installed a 302 crank, bored 30 thou, L98 ported heads, TPIS Mini Ram intake with a 58mm throttle body, 24 lb Accel inj. MSD ignition. Now i need my ECM reflashed. Anyone know a reliable source who can get me my moneys worth? I know it will cost me at least 300$ so i want to be sure the right place is doing it.

 

You need a new Prom (Chip) for the new mods, The 1989 ECM cannot be be Reflashed as you called it. Burn your own or try Fastchip.com.
