I have a question about the rear of my Camaro('68 conv). At the bottom there is a hole,(there should be the license plate) whats the meaning of this?

Hi, welcome to the board. I don't know exactly what you are talking about. Can you get us a picture? That would help alot.
I imagine where you live you don't see alot of 68 Camaros. How is it accepted over there?
