radiator question

radiator question

All radiators I see for a 86Z28 are 1 row. The radiator I am pulling out is a factory 3 row. How can this be. How many rows are the parts house radiators you guys put in from zone or napa??
I read somewhere in my tireless search for at least a 2 row, I came across a 1 row that said 'high flow' 1 row improvements in design is that the answer

wife and I are dying to drive this car as its a fresh 355 and cant get the rad back clean till next
week or ????

I am willing to by a napa or whatever just to put miles on this wkend this is killin me

Is your radiator copper and brass construction? Most of the replacements are plastic and aluminum. The radiator manufacturers took it upon them selves to make the radiators smaller so they wont cool the 350 motor as well. Do your self a favor and buy one from Griffin or Be cool.

I would get a aluminum radiator from Summit around $250-$275... well worth it..and it worked for me, along with a Stewart Stage 2 water pump and high flow stat...
