and your comparing smoged engines from the 80s to a new engine.your friend probley had an Lo3 305 i dont thing with a gsr that you could beat and L69 305(in good condition).theres no doubt that a honda engine is a very good engine for the lack of displacement but that engine has to work a lot harder to generate the type of power a larger engine.case in point ride a 20inch bike that has one gear then race some one else on a bigger 26ing bike you'll have to work harder to keep up and run out of steem quickly.so its just a lot easier to make more power out of a bigger engine.100 horespower a liter is realy cool but then again if its only 2 liters than its not realy that muck power.now if it were 3 or 4 liters then your getting somewhere.

Oh man. I sooo want a honda with one of those hugr sewer pipe exhaust sytems and those huge 3 foot spoilers. Man imagine if we put those go fast stickers on a Camaro. Damn those stickers add like 30hp. Then you have those neon lites that we could hook up to the bass in the car and drive around like we are starring in the fast and the furious. As for those 4 bangers clipping the same times if not faster. Wake up. If we through a turbo or a blower on a smallblock there wouldnt be a point in racing. Then you spout off about a 99 honda motor with 200hp beating an 80s Z.Hmmm.19 years of technology and you really should be proud. Hey the story about the ram air, when you wake up to write your dreams down entitle the page as "IN my dreams".Give me a break and maybe you should waste your time getting your windows tinted silver and putting in useless gauges that you dont even know how to read. Anyways just a side note I have an HKS sticker I could sell you. I heard this one adds 15hp at the wheels.HKS-->Hong Kong S**T.

Also your little whinning sesion about handa 1.8s with 200hp. What the tourque rating? I was out last night and smashed one of your little "S2000".Those cars look great from the front cause but Ive yet to see the rear. My old 1990 Thunderbird Supercoupe (V Supercharged) took craps over every honda and that was only a ford.

So little facts to back it up. It's not a 13 second car, remember that. Hey guys, tell me if my tail light is out.

so where's your list of mods???? where's your proof that you can run the time you say?
don't bother posting pictures, videeos, or timeslips, cuz i can go out and find all kinds of that stuff and say its mine, i highly doubt 265 hp is enough to get you in the 10 sec range, unless that car weighs about 1000lbs, which is prolly less than half its weight

First your sig said 33* hp...now 265? And 10.6?? Please. You don't even know the beginning of what it takes to run that fast. Seen the fast and the furious one too many times? You're nothing but a troll

Wow, 10.6 huh? That's pretty impressive. Oh wait, what's that? You're lying? Really. Didn't notice.
All engine, eh? Did you know it takes about 1 hp for every 10lb of car to hit 12's? Interesting.
You have to be my favorite kind of person to race. I have nothing against ricers, I plan on owning a 350z (already have a downpayment), it's just stupid people that bug me, be they foreign or dumbestic.

Hate to break it to you but if your cam makes power up to 5000, redlining it at 6000 doesn't do much except slow down the car and possibly break the tranny. It's been so long since I have had a stock tranny, I can't remember if the car will shift before redline or not but I think it will shift before redline.

Well now that the retard war is over back to the question.Manualy shift it.If it breaks I'll pay for the rebuild.First i don't know were your tranny shifts at wot with the gear seltor left in drive, so you need to test it and see.My 92's trans was setup to shift at 4800 on its own to let me manual hold it to 5300 at the track. So your best option is go to a good trans shop and have them set up your govenor so your tranny shifts early on its own, so you can hold it manual when you want to make it shift higher(no more than 5500 on a stock tpi motor)Good luck, also have them put in a shift kit. These mods are not pock burning. So get it done if u can.
