Question Proportioning valve

I just got a 3rd gen proportioning valve (all disk brake model) to put onto my 4th gen as I'm removing my ABS.

The valve has 5 inlets (2 in, 3out). However none of the inlets are marked and I can't find a diagram.

I see there are 3 inlets on one side and 2 on the other - is the set up that the 2 line from the master cyl goes to the side with 2 inlets and the other side feeds the calipers?

I'm assuming the larger diameter inlets are for the rear brakes.

Can anyone confirm this.

thanks

On the side with 3, you'll have 2 straight and one angled, with a sensor between the straight ones. The straight one by itself is the rear wheel inlet, the straight one by the angled one is the front wheel inlet. The angled port is the right-front outlet and the port on the opposite side of that is the front-left outlet. The port on the 2-hole side that sticks out farther is the rear outlet.

Keep in mind, the forwardmost port on the master cylinder is actually for the rear brakes.

If this only confuses you more, shoot me an email. I can take a digital pic and label it, then email it to you.

Thanks - that is very clear - glad I asked as it is not obvious!
