Hey if you want to check out my Polished TPI, check out my webpage in my sig.
It took me a lot of time and effort, but it was well worth it. It sets the engine bay apart from the stock looking ones. I will never own a TPI car without polishing the intake, I think it looks great.

I just recently learned how to polish aluminum. Its a very time consuming process, but its not hard and the end results are awesome. You start sanding the aluminum with 220 grit sandpaper, then go to 320, 400, 600, 800, 1200, and end with 2000. Once im done sanding i use a die grinder hooked up to my air compressor to polish it out. Using red rouge, then white, then the red tube of Wenol. Materials will cost you about 50-75 not inluding the grinder.
good luck, Joe

Yeah, itīs looks awesome. Hereīs another shot. He made a cover that he placeīs when he shows the engine. He has also made some camping-tables and clocks, where heīs engraved the eagle. Too bad I havenīt got any pictures of them.
