I Have A 86 Trans Am It Has A Lt4 M.f.i 350 With A Six Speed Out Of A 97 Camaro I Just Put A New Stater In It It Started Twice Know It Wont Start And This Relay Down Bye The Passenger Floor Board Is Making This Weird Noise Please Help

pull the relay, go to radio shack or the auto parts store and replace it. could be faulty.

little more info is needed though. what does the relay connect to?

 

Ya try to not talk in all caps too, that may help a bit.

 

The starter relay will also make funny noises if the battery is low. Check it first.

 

This is very true. Also, the starter itself will make a clunking noise/clicking noise if one of your grounds are messed up
