Pedal Assembly

Will a 3rd Gen Pedal Assembly work with a T56 (93-97 LT1 type)?

Last edited by 69MaroConv; Jul 30, 2007 at 12:20 PM. Reason: added type of T56

IIRC, yes, if it is a manual pedal assm., you may need to play with the hole in the firewall

on a similar note, 4th gen manual pedals will work in a 3rd gen as well

Sorry about that, yes the Manual Pedal Assembly.
So 3rd or 4th gen Manual Pedal Assembly will work on an Lt1 style T56. Sweet!
That's plenty of years to find one.

If you use third gen pedals with a 4th gen master cylinder the clutch engagement will be very high. The 3rd gen master will work with 4th gen slave and line and will correct the clutch engagement point for the thirdgen pedals.
