overheating

overheating

I have a 1991 rs with a 305 I changed thermostat twice niether one of them opened I change water pump and had a radiator flush and still overheating. Timing seems to be off. What do I do?

also clean out between the ragiator and air con, comdensor if you have one. make sure you have an airdam under the radiator too.
