Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi.
My name is James, and this is my second F-body project vehicle. My previous being a 95 firebrid .. some of you may have seen my posts on some of the boards.

In any case, I've just purchased a 1992 305 Firebird. Bright Met Blue - 115k on it. The car was in great condition, and other than what appears to be a custom exhaust, appears to be completely stock. (I'll be taking a deeper look at that this weekend.

As I understand it (and please correct me if I am mistaken) this is a TBI, 170hp 5.0 automatic (700R4)?

I am looking to make a serious project out of this. I'm very much into keeping the stock block and remaining N/A. Just personal style and preference. Granted, if I ever crack it - Don't be surprised to see a 383 be dropped in there

I'm in Kansas City, I've been to many Fbody gatherings over the past 3 years all over the country meeting friends and fellow enthousiasts.

If my mind were working half as hard on doing my job as it is planning mods I might actually get something done today

My mind just keeps drifting back to my old car and everything I did, trying to figure out how similar mods would work with the 305's design.
