New to suspension work need help!!

Since Ive started posting on this board all I hear about is 3rd gen suspensions suck ***. Well Im willing to start on mine I have an aftermarket tranny, exhaust, and an engine that puts out a little power.

1st things 1st I have a daily driver so dont suggest anything that isnt safe to drive on the road daily. Also I have large rear wheels that just barely dont rub so dont suggest anything that will lower the distance between the tire and rear fender.

Im gonna put the AGX adjustibles in the front and stiffin them so all the weight is on the rear tires ( I think thats what the guy told me to do) But I need suggestions on other things, I think IROCs have struts not shocks in the back dont they?

Well Im open to anything at this point suggest away

for the rear i use the lakewood trailing arms and adjustable panhard rod. 20440 and 20140 reduces oversteer dramatically. and helps with traction. i've gotten a best of 1.824 on 225/60-15 radial tires

Not sure what to suggest since you don't want to take those 15X10s off.
If you had lower profile tires it would be easy to tighten up your suspension.

Get tubular rear LCA's and panhard rod with poly bushings...they'll firm up the rear end a lot but also cause a little more vibration at highway speeds. A strut tower brace is great to firm up the front end, and subframe connectors are always a good idea. Higher rate springs would be nice, but I don't think anyone makes them in the stock ride height.

This is what I did and the ride is very firm. I cut 1.85 60's on street tires. My car will bark the tires at wot going into 3rd gear. It is like a totaly different car from the stock set up. The frame ties takes the flex out of the body and you don't get hardly any sqeeks or rattles.

Very hi-quality parts, go down the list here read all of the information about the parts and what they are good for, and buy the parts you think you need as you can afford it.

I got my subframe connectors from Alston Racing and they were the bolt on ones which they welded on for me. I also have the Hotchis LCA and adjustabe panhard rod. Springs are stock and sway bar bushings are Energy Suspension Poly ones. All are with grease zerks for greasing except the springs and shocks. I use Tokiko shocks and there is a better version one with 5 adjustable settings. There is an arm that goes from the tranny to the rear end and that has a poly bushing too but is not greasable.
