I have been reading all of your stuff for years but have just now started to join . ok i have a question about sway bar i have an aftermarket one adn it handles really well but i heard if you take it off you can get much better weight transfer i just wanted to know if anyone has tried or thought it was worth it . Welcome to the board. Removing the front sway bar does help the front end rise, transferring weight to the rear. But don't expect a big difference from just that, it's a combination of things, like shocks, bushings, etc.

Expect the handling to suffer. I did it on my 71, but it's a weekend only car. The beefy WS6 bars under my 89 Formula are staying right where they're at.
