how many miles are on the car?
if not too many,i vote for heads, cam, headers while u have it apart, and full exhaust if u dont have it already. (and computer tuning too,for the car)
a good set of street heads are the Vortec heads, but in order to use them w/ TPI uve gotta buy the Scoggin Dickey base for Vortec heads.

id start with the suspension 1st. some frames and trailing arms to plant your tires, then build it up.
if your going to do the engine 1st, heads will give you the most noticable bolt on difference in HP. thats what id do 1st if i started motor mods before suspension

I'm with Liquid on the suspension first issue. Stick some subframe connectors in her!!! That's a VITAL mod for any 3rd gen. Then go for a wonderbar and STB so you can power through turns, and LCA's with relocation brackets for off-the-line traction. Then, when you can actually put the power to the ground, go for engine mods.
