I finally got the rearend installed. Its from a 97' SS. Its a 3.42 posi disc with posi. The old rear was a 3.23 open drum. I bought some other stuff to strengthen the rear suspension as well.

Alot of money but worth it....

 

Yeah, I spent more than that when I swapped my rear, but I put a 3.45 borg warner 9 bolt in and upgraded to the better brakes. I got 200 back from my 2.77 9 bolt though. If you want to see a couple of pics you can go to www.picturetrail.com/momar01 By the way, that looks real nice.
