My heater and AC are broken: blower questions inside

I turned on my AC and I popped a fuse for the guage cluster. I replaced it and the heater doesn't work too. The blower is broken or seized is my only explanation (besides a short). So can anyone tell me where it is exactly and if they are universal so I can replace it? Thanks alot!!!! I got to get it ready for paint on Tuesday!!!

What exactly is it you are looking for? The blower motor? Big black box under the hood against the firewall, passenger side. It's under that box.

What EXACTLY does it do when you enage the A/C and/or heat?

Thanks, I'll take it out and test it.

I turn on the blower and nothing happens although the vents work and my AC did before. When turned on it pops a fuse. I am thinking its jammed.
