when you use the hatch release between the seats do you guys have to run back there or else it will lock up on you and you cannot open it

 

Mine dont open any more, I dontknow what to do..........

 

I have that problem with my GTA... I assumed it was all the extra weight from the spoiler.. hmm

rofl i had the same problem and its such an easy fix youll kick your self for not thinking of it. Bad hatch struts. With mine it would lift up on the motor and then it would click and pull it back down and lock. The reason for this is because the hatch struts arent strong enough to lift the hatch away from the motor anymore. Replace them and not only do you get a fast opening functioning hatch it makes a cool noise when they open. Hope that helped
