maf burnoff relay

maf burnoff relay

can someone show me a picture with the location of the maf burnoff relay on it or a more detailed location for it.. i was told it was on the driverside firewall and that it uses the same relay as the fuel pump. i replaced both relays there and i still havfe the code.

nevermind i cleared the codes again and its off....for now.

The light will be back on. It wouldn't be a thirdgen without the check engine light on.

Replace the relay, and blow out the maf. Carefully.

If that does not work, swap in a known good maf. Autozone can test the maf's.....I think. I know they can test ignition modules....

Buying a Wells SU-145 MAF will fix your problem, because it uses an LT1-style MAF that doesn't need that silly burnoff sequence.
