Does a 1992 Camaro Z28 L98 come with a MAF on it?

 

Nope. They are speed density since 1990 I think.

 

I think they are MAF. I know they switched from MAF to speed density (why is beyond my comprehension!!), but I think they went back on the later L98s.

Right, they are SD, they didn't go back to MAF until the '94 LT1.

 

MAF was from 1985 to 1989. 1990 was Speed Density and up until 93. 94 was MAF again. End of story.

 

RedIrocZ-28 is exactly right, 85-89 maf, 90-93 speed density, 94 on up is maf.
