mac subframe connectors

i was thinking about getting a pair of subframe connectors i was going to order them from mac i was wondering if anybody has them and if it's of good quality!

Are the Mac SFC's tubular steel or box? If they are box, I would recommend going with the tubular steel. It's much stronger IMO than box steel because there are less stress points, (ie. - bent corners).
