LT1 Rear Disk Brakes on 88 Iroc

What modifications are necessary to put Rear Disks off of a 95 Z28 onto a 88 Iroc?

Do I need the 95 Backing Plates?

Have you thought about just doing a whole 4th Gen rear? It's just as easy and depending on what you have it may be worth it as a performance upgrade as well.
