lowering springs
just rolled over 100,000 kilometers in my 85 v6 berlinetta and my shocks are starting to get soft, i notice the car sort of bounces slowly after light dips, and it rolls a bunch when it corners
as well since i went from the 14" berlinetta rims to my z28 rims the car sits a little bit higher and when i park next to certian family cars it looks jacked up
i just bought a digital camera and scanner so hopefully ill be able to show you what i mean before/after
now what my question is
what brand of lowering springs should i get, it will probably bring my car back to original height, lower is okay too, and what about use of lowring springs with ..i dont want to say non performance shocks but non-oem replacemnt ones.
or what are my suspension options. i want it lowered and my shocks replaced
also one of my front springs sheared a bit off the bottom, are the springs the same for all 3rd gens? could i take a front firebird spring? i saw one in the u-pick but figured i could drive on the spring for a long time.. but now i want my shocks replaced so why not have a decent set of originals if the lowering ones suck.
thanks
