Looking for TPI FPR

Just what it says . I want to do some checking on an issue with injectors and would like to play with a TPI Fuel Pressure Regulator.

Any one got a spare they do not need laying around?

No one here yet. What are you trying to do? Please explain the process and maybe we can suggest an alternate method.

I think I got it covered now but I will cover the idea

Most after market Bosch style injecters do not repond to pressure the way a Multec II does. So even after you have programed for the correct injector you do not get the correct results.

I played with injectors last year for a month and short of a Complete cell by cell rewrite the tune was toast. If it was dead on at WOT it was FUBAR at idle. if I got it dailed in at Idle WOT was to lean. If I added to the PE to get WOT dailed in it was only on at idle and WOT but the rest of the tune was off.

So short of ten million gallons of gas at over $2 a gallon I am going to play with different size FPRs. size being the surface area for the Vaccum to pull on and change the Fuel Pressure more then the small LT1 style.

Pretty simple I hope

How do you expect to have different surface areas on the FPR? They are all the same size. All it has with an adjustable one is a screw to push a plate that gives the spring more tension. Besides, they are under $70 from Crane.
