i am the original owner of a 1986 z28, i was just looking for some information on where to find out how much the car is worth and what to put on it for a price tag.any info would be very helpful.

Anything like kbb.com will give you rediculessly low prices. The best way is to look at the classifieds here and on thirdgen.org and see what ppl with similar cars are listing them at. Also, see what kind of prices they actually sold at. Some of it is also the actual condition (more important at this point the milage since your car is 20 yrs old), any mods, model, trim, T-tops etc. As a pure stab in the dark, assuming good condition of mechnics, body and powertrain, I'd say $5-7k.
