Sure it's a nice car with low mileage but it's just not as special as some people would like to believe. That 9 bolt diff has 3.45 gears in it.

And it's only the 5.0 with a 5 speed. At least the 5.7 TPI is more sought after.

Now if it was a 92 then it would worth something.

That blue car looks like a Studebaker pickup.

The 5spd 305 tpis go for a lot these days. Finding a nice 5psd Iroc is damn near impossible. Most nice ones go for close to 10. But this thing is more like a $15,000 car. Doubt itll go for that though. Check out rare irocs and the page on G92s I wrote at www.Iroczsource.com sorry for all the old pics and inof...update is due

Not necessarily. The 5-speed is much more rare, and most die-hard thirdgenners know that the LB9 5-speed cars had performance that was nearly equal to the L98 cars.

Why? What's so special about a 92? I think you'll find that the IROC is a more sought-after model with collectors.

Wink

Yes Jim, you are right. The 5 spd is less common than the 350 autos. and they both ran mid 14s out of the box......for those who know how to drive. I have friends with low mileage 350 auto 3rd gens, and friends with 5 spd 3rd gens. The 5spds go for much more....around $8500 in excellent condition, and the 350s go in the $7000 ballpark. I think that someone should buy this car and do a t56/350 swap......maybe me???

Why waste your money and ruin such a low milage car by doing a drivetrain swap? You can buy a mint 50k mile car for 1/3 as much to do the swap on.

This car belongs in the hands of a collector.

God that girl is gorgeous. And I agree whole-heartedly, that it would be tragic to take that PERFECT car and chop it up for a project. She needs to be sealed up and stored for about 20 years, then brought back out when peole can REALLY appreciate her for what she is: a work of art

But if someone buys her and chops her up I want the rear.
