Lifter dia. of a 89' SBC??

I think there .874'' but I need to know for sure so I don't have to return any parts.

Seth,
The lifter (roller or flat tappet) diameter is .842" I verified this using a mic on some old lifters I happened to have laying around. I believe the .874" diameter is used on (some?) Ford blocks and can be used on SBC engines by machining the lifter bores.
