LCA bolt size and gap?

I have just welded together my LCA relocation brackets going by some good plans I have.

The only thing that needs to be done is to drill the holes. But I am unsure what size to drill the holes. The bolt where the stock LCA goes through on the plan it says 16mm or (5/8")

But then on the 2 new holes you drill out to mount the LCA to they are described as (1/2") or 13mm. So I dont understand why there are different sizes in holes when you are still mounting the same LCA and that has not changed.

Does anyone know what bolt size is used on 3rd gen camaros that hold the LCA?

Any help much appreciated!!

This is what Spohn sells as his LCA Mounting kit:

Our lower control arm mounting hardware kit includes:

(4) 12mm Grade 10.9 bolts (silver zinc plated)
(4) 12mm steel lock nuts (silver zinc plated)
(8) 12mm flat washers (silver zinc plated)

I'd say to use the 13mm drill bit and that way the 12mm bolts fit...or whatever.

One more question for anybody that might know.

Anyone know how big the gap is on the stock LCA. It must be smaller then 70mm cause the LCA Relocation brackets fit over the stock ones and they have a inner gap on 70mm.
