I just installed a new TPS which fixed the problem I was having. But now how do I know how the TPS is adjusted right. Somebody please help

 

What year is the car? Did the TPS have 2 screws that went into the hole or were there slots. If there were no slots, don't worry. It is right.

Scantool can tell you that too.

 

Sorry....its and 86 Iroc Z....it has slots thats why i know it needs to be adjusted....I know that at idle iuts supposed to be at 1 voly and wide open it should be at 4 volts...I just dont know how to test that without a CPU reader
