Installing rear cargo cover.....

Hey guys, well, i am lookin at a car that is very sharp, with the exception of the red interior. Its mint, but I have a complete mint black setup that I am going to swap in. Anyways, the car is not equiped with a rear cargo cover, the lockable ones... i was planning on adding one of these to keep my stereo and other components well hidden. Is it possible to install this on a vehicle not previously equiped?? Do they all have those studs under the carpet? Or will it require welding a bracket in there somewhere! Thanks fellas!

As far as I know, there aren't any holes or anything on the body for the cover. I have the cover and back peice but I have the setup for the non-power hatch which won't fit over my hatch motor. I am debating changing the hatch release to a non-motorized one since mine isn't working. Or just sell the cargo cover.

yeah it seems like a pain. But I really like that setup, kept my subs out of sight and a little more secure than without... We will have to see..... Thanks man
