Injector Tapping

My #1 injector seeems to be making more noise than the other's. I just installed a HSR intake and used my old 350 injectors. I can put my finger on the injector and feel it tapping, can't on the other 7, have to you a screwdriver up against my to hear them. I unpluged the injector while it was running and it keep Tapping? I just readjusted my values, thinking maybe the intake value was tightined down to much. What could cause this? I still haven't reprogramed my computer since heads, headers, and HSR intake upgrade.

you have a real b4c camaro? If so the problem sounds serious and you should sell the car cheap and quick to somebody in NC.

When you did the install, why didn't you take the injectors to have them professionally cleaned and inspected? Now you have to take them all out and check the flow rates while you are at it.

If it kept tapping when you unplugged the injector, then it isn't the problem. Rockers too tight won't cause a tap either, but rockers too loose will. I'd try tightening JUST the #1 intake rocker 1/2-3/4 turn and see if it makes a difference. If it helps AT ALL then your problem is either in the valve lash or in the lifter itself (weak/collapsed lifter comes to mind, especially since you had the heads off and it may have filled with air.)
