its the boat anchor kinda, if you want cc's then its 2800cc, it is 173 cu.in. 2.8 liters

it'll get pretty good gas mileage but you will be very short on power

If you want power I would recommend a Engine swap.

I was with an insurance company that charged by, among other things, the VIN. If you got that and ripped everything out and stick in a 383, you have to have receipts for a claim but they won't care about it till then. They said they would cover it if I had receipts.

Cams? No its CAM camaros only have 1 (one) cam. This car is a dog, they are a camaro and you get the feel but deffinitly not the power, i suggest an iroc with a 350 or a 91-92 z28 with a 5.7 (350) tpi (tuned port injection) these cars are nice and really worth the money to make fast and reliable. Look in my sig, the car with the 386 stroker gets 20 mpg on the hw. Its a great car. The lt1 i have not driven yet, i still have the suspension out of the car. It will be running in a week or so. Anyways good luck and if you need any help you came to the right message board.

Like the others said, you should just hold out for a V8 F-body. The cost of the V-6 + the cost of V8 conversion is more than what a V8 car would go for! How much are you paying for this V6??? I have seen decent V8 cars go for as little as $1500. If you want to convert the V6, dont' forget that the V6 transmission WILL NOT bolt up to a V8, so not only do you need to price an engine, you need to price a transmission as well. If POWER is your thing, broke or not, hold out for a V8 car.

My nephew bought a V6 Camaro for cheap in good condition. People don't seem to whip up on 6's as much as a V8. Later on when he was bucks up, he swapped in a 350.

Even a V6 Camaro is better than hoofing it. Just make sure the car is a good one.
