ignition boxes

MSD is certainly a known quantity- I have used them several times. My brother tried out a Holley Annihilator system on his GTA and absolutely loves it. Dirt-simple controls for setting rev limits and such. That's my only expereince with Holley systems, however.
Whatever you choose you might as well buy a system that has a nitrous retard already built into it since you will be using nitrous later. Buying it built-in is always cheaper than adding the nitrous retard module later.

I used MSD and didn't find any gain. Sold it and tried the Accel 300+ ignition that my buddy found would smooth out the idle. Wasn't that impressed with it. When the engine came out, didn't bother to hook it back on. AFAIK, it is sitting in my cupboard.
Why do you feel you need one?
