How to remove black bumpers on Formula?

How to remove black bumpers on Formula?

I want to remove these for when I paint the car but I not too sure how to do it.....................so how should I do this? Thanks.

i think you might have to take the interior in the back out to get to it if i recall correctly there should be bolts back there!
