i would do alot more than just sfc's. Not trying to knock you or anything but i dont see a 700hp bbc working in a 3rd gen tho. A bbc is a very tight fit in our cars, and running exhaust big enough to accomodate that kind of power is almost impossible. Might want to look into a sbc 400 or something. you can obtain almost the same power levels if you build the motor right.

There is a guy in my club with an '88 Camaro with a 500RWHP 427 BBC in it. You can check his car out at www.koolmeister.com hopefully he doesn't get pissed that I shared his website.

subframe connectors are good for sissy motors like mine.

If you put in a BBC with the kind of power you are talking about, a 4pt rollcage would be on my list of things TO DO before I even put that monster in my car.

About a 10 bolt, I don't think so.... haha No way.

Look into a Ford 9" or a GM 12 bolt. Drive shaft upgrade too. That kind of totrure won't make a stock drive shaft last very long at all. First pass down the track would prpbably snap it in half.

600hp LS1 cars twist driveshafts pretty easily.

I would love to replace my 383 with a big block! Besides the above mentioned stuff you'll also need to upgrade your fuel system. 700hp sucks up a lot of fuel and the lines are to small.

I would recommend a shock tower brace and I think the turbo 350 is a bit light. I would go with a street/strip 400 or 4L60.

Though not a absolute requirement, your stock suspension is pretty lame and I'll bet you'll want to upgrade it also.

Get out your wallet!!! But man what fun!!

Hey guys, Big blocks fit in nicely. They are a bit cramped but as far as I have ever heard you don't need to modify anything. I.E. cut, bang on with a sledge hammer etc.
