How far can you run rubber fuel lines on a TBI engine?

I just put my 92 305 TBI into my 87 camaro that came from the factory with a LG4 cabed engine. The hard fuel lines on the 87 exit on the passenger side of the engine bay and my connection to the hard fuel lines on the TBI are over on the driver side.

Can I run rubber line all the way from the pass. side to the driver side of the engine compartment? Where is the best place to run it? I was thinking I could go down and around the front part of the radiator where the A/C condensor would have sat and then up to the TBI hard line. I know it isn't the shortest route but it should be well out of the way of the heat from the engine. How far can you safely run rubber lines with the pressure of a TBI?

I don't think length makes a difference, just make sure you use good fuel/brake lines that can handle some pressure(it says on the line what temp and pressure it can handle). Make sure you tie it down really well and put cardboard or something where you tie it down at so that it dosen't rub and cause chaffing and then lead to leaks.

So can I get this fuel line from like a Advanced Auto or Pep Boys or does it have to be some special rubber fuel lines?

Thanks

Yes you can go to any auto parts store and ask them for some fuel lines. make sure you know what od you need usually the feed line is larger than the return line, I think mine was 3/8 feed and 1/4 return.
