How do you set roller rockers on a 91 350 tpi car?

How do you set roller rockers on a 91 350 tpi car?
I am old school and dont no much about these computer cars.I have a friend in need of seting the valves on his car he has a 350 tpi and cant get it running he tryed doing valves him self with no luck.I was wanting to help him out anyone have any info?The car has roller tip rockers

what does setting valves have to do with it being fuel injected or not?

Let me tell you i can work on old school with best of them i do my own work build my own motors.I wasnt famliur with setting at zerro tolerance .I run a rollar camin old cars and set valves at .28 and have been drag racing for years.I have a 68 camaro thet has blown small block in it that would rip ur car to shreds so dont tell me i am stupid.

any #s for that blown small block, cuz i bet my NA small block would rape it

no numbers on new one yet but the old one went 715 hp at rear wheels this one has bigger cam and more psi .i am sorry just caught me wrong. We are shooting for running in the low 5.20 raNGE IN THE 1/8TH AT FIRST THENTURNING IT UP TO TRY TO HIT THE 4'S
